Joe Negron wins State Senate Seat.

Treasure Coast – With all precincts reporting, former State Representative Joe Negron, a Republican from Stuart, will the new State Senator to represent much of the Treasure Coast and parts of Palm Beach County. Negron took an early and commanding leader over Democratic Challenger Bill Ramos. Voter turnout was low. Senator Pruitt, former President of the Senate, resigned his seat more than a year early citing financial considerations and a desire to spend more time with his family.

HIDDEN HISTORY: WWII Artifacts on Display in Beachside Locations

Ft. Pierce Police now have a new tool to bring those who wander away from home, back to their loved ones safely.

Ft. Pierce – Ft. Pierce police are creating a data base to consist mainly of Alzheimer's patients and children with autism so information can be quickly released should these people wander away from their homes.

Martin Memorial LifeSavers presents 8th Annual Goombay Bash

Fort Pierce, FL – Drew Mello talks with Katie McCarthy and Missy DuBois co-chairs of the Martin Memorial LifeSavers & the 8th Annual Goombay Bash that will benefit the LifeSavers.

This year's Goombay Bash will take place on Saturday, July 18th at Four Fish Marina in Jensen Beach. The funds raised will be used to purchase technology, equipment and renovations at the Martin Memorial Maternal-Child Department.
