On Treasure Coast Happenings this week we will be speaking to Mark Perry of the Florida Oceanographic Society about a variety of subjects including the celebration of their One-Millionth visitor to the Coastal Center.  Sea Turtle nesting and Hatching Season is underway and we will discuss how can you help protect the hatchlings along the beaches.  We will also discuss the month of July being Sharks and Rays month at the Florida Oceanographic Society

The Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center is located on Hutchinson Island. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, the 57-acre parcel houses the Society's headquarters, nature trails, 750,000-gallon Game Fish Lagoon.
