Once a boomtown, Fellsmere marks 100th anniversary

A Victorian globe-trotter from New Zealand named Nelson Fell bought marshland in 1911 that became the town of Fellsmere. Local history enthusiast Richard Votapka, who portrays Fell in re-enactments, discusses the life of this remarkable man.
