Voters Consider Water Issues

For decades, coastal residents to the east and west of Lake Okeechobee have battled ecological damage caused by an influx of fresh water released from the lake.  The releases safeguard the dike which encircles the lake. As Jill Roberts reports, many voters who live along the Indian River Lagoon on Florida’s east coast will have water issues on their mind as they cast their ballots this election season.
