Port St. Lucie - Thursday May 5, 2022: Port St. Lucie Police Detectives arrested 25 year old Rishabh Patel Wednesday evening on 29 different illicit drug related charges.
According to a post on the PSL Police Facebook page, Patel had been under investigation for several months. Police described him as a "highly organized" drug dealer who separated his drugs into individual bags by name and weight, ready to be sold.
Patel’s organization and label making skills were on display when he was arrested. Detectives recovered a variety of drugs clearly marked in clear plastic zip lock bags with the name of the drug, amount, and prices listed on the outside. They seized 6 packages of cocaine laced with fentanyl, 2 bags of Molly otherwise known as MDM or Ecstasy , 3 LSD tabs, 1 package of psilocybin mushrooms, 15 bags of marijuana, 6 Adderall pills, 21 oxycodone pills, and 18 marijuana cigarettes. Patel’s 2017 Toyota Tacoma and $3611 in cash was also seized.
Patel was charged with with trafficking in oxycodone, trafficking in LSD, 2 counts of trafficking in fentanyl, 3 counts of sale of cocaine, 3 counts of possession of cocaine, 5 counts of sale of hallucinogen, sale of amphetamine, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, 5 counts of use of 2 way communication device to facilitate a felony, and 6 counts of possession of drug equipment.
