Treasure Coast – There have been a string of child abuse cases in our area. A Lakewood Park girl was forced to live in her back yard. A three year old Ft. Pierce girl watched her father kill her mother and grandmother. We talk with Lois Lazarus about what Hibiscus Children's Center offers abused children. Lazarus herself lived in an orphanage from the time she was eight till she was 18.
