Learn basic strokes and techniques at this free canoe paddling class at the ELC. In addition to teaching people about a recreational activity they can enjoy on the Indian River Lagoon, the purpose of the class is to train volunteers for future ELC events. The class will cover five to eight basic strokes and techniques. Participants should wear closed toe/heel shoes, a hat and sunglasses. Please bring a water bottle and sunscreen.
