This week on In Focus, we sit down with Leslie McKenzie with the Heritage Center and Indian River Citrus Museum and Michelle Wagner, a genealogy librarian with Indian River County.

Together, we talk about the deep and rich history of the center and the many stories that have been passed along inside its walls. Once slated for demolition, the community came together to save a piece of Treasure Coast history. Now, the building remains, and they plan to celebrate the nation's 250th in a big way.
