Spirit Airlines has emerged from bankruptcy protection. The budget airline said this week that its parent, Spirit Aviation Holdings, exited Chapter 11 after finalizing debt restructuring.

The California 18-year-old was 16 when he made most of the calls targeting religious institutions, high schools, colleges and universities, government officials and people across the United States, prosecutors said.

Still, some neighborhoods remained without power Monday, and neighborhoods with many severely damaged homes and business will take longer to recover.
