“The City of Fort Pierce has utilized the strategic planning process on an annual basis to provide clarity of our vision, identify actionable items, and determine a distinct path for our operational success,” said City Manager Nicholas Mimms.
The 2022 Strategic Plan updates the vision, mission, and values, of Fort Pierce and outlines specific milestones, charting a course for City leaders and staff to follow in order to ensure the best quality of life for residents, visitors, and businesses.
