St. Lucie County's New Online Permitting Platform Now Live

Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal is scheduled to be available on the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services webpage on Friday, April 29.

St. Lucie County - April 29, 2022: St. Lucie County's new online permitting platform known as EnerGov is now live. The links to access the portal 'Citizen Self Service' (CSS) is scheduled to be available on the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services webpage on Friday, April 29.

The new online platform is live and available for electronic submission of applications and inspection requests. The online portal will allow users to track site development plans, building and site development permits, environmental permits, code compliance service requests, and contractor licenses all in one place.

The links to access the new online platform Citizen Self Service (CSS) Portal are available on the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services webpage.

To learn more about the new online platform, visit: https://www.stlucieco.gov/planningandpermitting. The webpage has been updated with information, including how-to guides, and other helpful videos related to using the new platform.

All are encouraged to learn more on how the new online platform will work and learn its benefits, which are expected to include improved application review timeframes and the ability to submit applications at any time of the day or night from the convenience of your home or office.

The launch was postponed one week from the previously announced go-live date of April 22 to ensure the best quality roll-out of the system.
