PSL: Disgruntled Employee Wanted for "Intentionally Damaging" $225,000 Worth of Water Pipes

Port St. Lucie - Thursday August 4, 2022: The Port St. Lucie Police Department has issued a wanted notice for 53 year-old Richard Terrazas.

He is accused of intentionally damaging $225,000 worth of water pipes owned by his former employer and he now faces a felony criminal mischief charge.

According to a release from the PSL Police Department Terrazas "maliciously drilled holes into 250 water pipes with a cordless drill after he became disgruntled with his job." Terrazas was a part-time pipe crew employee.

The incident occurred on June 16th at 9840 SW Range Line Road. Police were called but Terrazas left the job site before they arrived.

PSL police officers recently obtained an arrest warrant for Terrazas who is a resident of Lake Worth.
