St. Lucie County - Wednesday August 10, 2022: With students heading back to school this week, St. Lucie County’s Parks & Recreation Department has revised its operating hours for the three public pools which will remain open through Labor Day, Monday, September 5.
* Ravenswood Pool - 400 SW Ravenswood Lane in Port St. Lucie / 772-871-2183:
• Adult Lap & Fitness Swim: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6:30 to 8 a.m.
• Open Swim: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 to 11 a.m.
• Swim lessons: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5:15 to 7 p.m. until Aug. 31.
• Swim Team Practice: Starting Monday, Aug. 15, Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 5:15 p.m.
• Weekend Open Swim: Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Based on attendance: There will be two sessions for the weekend open swim to allow all guests an equal opportunity at being able to swim. Patrons will be asked to exit the facility at the end of the session and are able to line up and pay for re-entry. These sessions will be from 11 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4:50 p.m.
Admission to Ravenswood, which includes the pool and splash pad, is $2.75 for ages 2 to 54; $1.50 for 55 and older, adult lap and fitness swim only. Children under 2 are free.
* Arthur Lee Boatwright Pool - 1211 Avenue M, Fort Pierce / 772-462-1903 or 772-871-2183:
• Weekend Open Swim: Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.

Admission to the Boatwright Pool is $1.50 for ages 2 and older. Children under 2 are free.

• Open Swim: Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
