Fort Pierce - Tuesday October 4, 2022: The City of Fort Pierce Public Works Department will be closing Jaycee Park from Monday, October 10 for the Community Rebuild of the Jaycee Park Playground.
The re-built park is scheduled to re-open on Monday, October 17.
The closure effects the entire park including the pavilions, the boat ramps, the playground areas, and the parking lots. They will not that will not be accessible during this time.
The Fort Pierce Sunrise Kiwanis heads the Community Rebuild of the Jaycee Park Playground. They are still looking for volunteers to join the rebuilding initiative.
Whether you are skilled with a circular saw, or a true novice, your help could help make this project a success.
