Indian River Shores - Thursday December 16, 2022: The Town of Indian River Shores will be conducting a mail ballot election on January 24, 2023.

Voters who reside within the Town of Indian River Shores (precincts 31 and 32) will decide upon eleven charter amendment questions.

Florida Statute allows elections where ballots are mailed to every registered voter within a municipality only if; the election is a referendum election. No candidates may appear on any ballot for a mail ballot election.

On December 15, four-thousand eighty-three (4,083) ballots were delivered to the post office for the upcoming election. All voters who reside within the town limits of Indian River Shores should be on the lookout for their ballot. On December 9, the Elections Office delivered 49 ballots to Indian River Shores voters who are residing overseas.
