Indian River County - Friday January 27, 2023: Indian River County Sheriff Deputies arrested two adults and a juvenile Wednesday evening, January 25, on aggravated assault and charges.
The Deputies were responding to a 911 call from residents in one of the units in the Bradford Place subdivision who said that several men in a black Dodge Charger had threatened to shoot them.
Units from road patrol as well as the Street Crimes Unit responded and a black Dodge Charger was seen approaching the unit, but it quickly pulled into a parking spot and attempted to hide when law enforcement arrived.
The Deputies secured the vehicle. The two adults and juvenile inside the vehicle were identified as the ones who made the threats. The Deputies then recovered a Glock 27 .40 caliber handgun with an extended magazine, masks, and a 1911 style BB gun which they found inside their vehicle.
Malin Goss and Jaydan Exilus and the juvenile were arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. They were transported to the Indian River County Jail.
