Okeechobee County - Monday February 6, 2023: 59-year-old Jose Elias De La Torriente has been charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious battery and one count of false imprisonment involving a 13-year-old child.
According to a release from the OCSO, Deputies arrested him on Wednesday February 1 after the 13-year-old "provided evidence" indicating that De La Torriente had committed acts of lewd or lascivious sexual molestation.
De La Torriente’s bond was set at $500,000.
