Martin County - Monday February 13, 2023: Martin County Sheriff Deputies have arrested 27-Year old Robert Earnest of Stuart on multiple drug and other charges.
According to a release, Earnest was pulled over during a traffic stop Sunday night, February 12. Inside his vehicle MCSO Deputies reported finding 29.9 grams of cocaine, which is a trafficking amount, along with a handgun, ammunition, oxycodone, methylphenidate pills, a ski mask and some gloves.
Earnest already had an outstanding warrant for allegedly assault a woman, and he has previously done time on felony burglary, and drug possession charges, as well as fleeing and eluding police.
He has now been charged with trafficking, cocaine, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of oxycodone and possession of Methylphenidate. He has been confined at the Martin County Jail without bond.
Stuart sports two gun tattoos on his chest, above which is tattooed the words - “Don’t think, Just Do It.”
