Headlining the night is nationally touring comedian Clay Foley, known for his smart, relatable humor and big heart for animals.To make the night even more enjoyable, we’ll be serving up a BBQ buffet, provided by Pepper & Salt BBQ. Are you a high school girl interested in going to college? Do you want guidance on how to set and achieve your career goals? Would you like access to professional role models and mentors? Get the resources you need to plan your future through the Soroptimist Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls program, which aims to help girls grow to be strong, successful and happy adults. Soroptimist International of St. Lucie will host a day-long conference for secondary school-age girls, where they will learn about career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, and overcoming obstacles to success. The Dream It, Be It event will take place on October 11th, 2025 at The Fort Pierce Yacht Club, from 9:30am to 4:00pm. Throughout the day, the girls will attend sessions based on the following topics: « Discovering your dreams « Exploring careers « Creating achievable goals « Rising above obstacles « Turning failure into success « Balancing your stress « Putting dreams into action Because we don’t expect that all girls will know what they want to do for the rest of their lives and we also know that plans change, the skills developed through the day can be applied to any goals the girls identify throughout their education and careers. The girls will also have the opportunity to speak with working women whose career may interests them.

Join us at the beautiful Bent Pine Golf Club on Monday, October 27, 2025 for an exciting tournament that benefits The Hope for Families Center, the largest shelter serving homeless families on the Treasure Coast. Run or walk one of the most beautiful beaches on Florida’s east coast–on the sacred ground where the forerunners to today’s Navy SEALs trained for the beaches of Normandy. The 3.1-mile out-and-back beach course will start and finish on Navy SEAL Museum property on the north lawn at the Mark V Special Operations Craft. Come test your mettle on our beach course before finishing at this historic artifact.

Crossover Mission is thrilled to announce its Annual Gala, a special event marking our 11th anniversary of empowering underserved youth in Indian River County. This year’s Gala will be an extraordinary celebration, not only of our impact but also of the progress we've made in transforming the lives of over 500 student-athletes since our inception. The evening will be highlighted by the return of Crossover Alumni, who will join us in celebrating the milestones and successes of the past eleven years, a performance by our Dribble Team, and an elegant dinner by Wild Thyme Catering.
